At Expressions by Neha Modi, each artwork and product is created with care and intention. As many of our products are made to order, we review return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Return & Refund Window
Upon receiving your order, you have 48 hours (2 days) to contact us if there is an issue with your purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review, and all sales will be considered final.
Eligible Reasons for Returns or Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:
