At Expressions by Neha Modi, each artwork is created and packed with care. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered within India.

Order Processing

All orders are processed from our studio in India.​

  • Fine Art Prints are shipped within 7 business days.

  • Original Artworks are shipped within 14 business days.

  • Made-to-order items may take up to 30 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India only.

We aim to deliver to most pin codes across the country. In rare cases where courier services are unavailable for a specific location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or discuss next steps.

Shipping Timelines

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or regional service disruptions.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website

Packaging & Artwork Protection

We take extra care to ensure your artwork reaches you safely.

Fine Art Prints

  • Carefully packed with butter paper

  • Packed securely in corrugated envelopes or card-board boxes.

Framed Art & Original Artworks

  • Corners protected with cardboard guards

  • Wrapped in bubble wrap

  • Secured in reinforced corrugated boxes

Every piece is packed mindfully to protect it during transit.

Delivery & Inspection

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Upon delivery, we recommend that you:

  • Inspect the package immediately

  • Report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photographs of both the product and the original packaging when reporting an issue

This helps us resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Expressions by Neha Modi is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier partners after dispatch

  • Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery

  • Additional shipping charges (if any) may need to be borne by the customer
